Shipping & Return Policy

At Cosmopride, we want to make your skincare journey seamless. Below are our shipping and return guidelines.

1. Shipping (Pakistan Only)

• Delivery Time: 3–5 working days after confirmation.

• Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2,000.

  • Rs. 200 delivery fee for orders under Rs. 2,000.

• Logistics Partners: TCS, Leopard, and Trax.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.

• You will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email once dispatched.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges or returns in the following situations:

• You received the wrong product.

• Product was damaged or expired upon delivery.

4. How to Request a Return

• Raise a request within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Provide an unboxing video and order details at [insert email or WhatsApp number].

• Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

5. Refunds

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.

• No refunds for used products, allergic reactions, or change of mind.
